When will I get my order?
To ensure the best possible quality, we produce our products on demand. Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping times are as follows and are solely based on carrier availability at the time of purchase. If no options are available, the shipping will default to a flat rate.

  • Express Shipping 1-3 business days in the U.S. Canada, and Internationally
  • Standard Shipping 3-6 business days in the U.S., 4-7 business days in Canada, and 5-20 days internationally

Please Note: Over 97% of our items and fulfilled and shipped within 5 business days!

Our fulfillment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. Please use a physical address when placing your order. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide except to the following places.

Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea

Also due to Covid-19 we currently do not ship to the following places. Our carriers will let us know when service resumes. 

Brunei, Eritrea, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Laos, Martinique, Mongolia, Myanmar, Reunion Island, Samoa, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us at longstorylonger21@gmail.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but
shipping will be at your own cost.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at longstorylonger21@gmail.com within one weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
